I give my child permission to participate. I understand that although the school plans for, and desires to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for each student, accidents still happen. I understand that there are inherent risks and dangers in participating in athletic camps. I willingly assume the responsibility for these inherent risks and agree to hold Chisago Lakes Baptist Church, its employees, agents, representatives, coaches, and volunteers harmless from all liability or actions arising from my child’s participation.
